How can I book the cottage?

Book in 3 clicks using our booking form and enjoy the best rates, with no commission fees. A confirmation email will be sent to you immediately after payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit card payments via our secure online booking system.

Is the rate all-inclusive?

Yes, the price includes bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, WiFi and cleaning at the end of your stay. No unpleasant surprises on arrival: you can enjoy your stay in complete peace of mind!

Is there a tourist tax?

Yes, a tourist tax of €0.99 per night per person of legal age is payable in addition at the time of booking. This tax is paid to the community of communes, as required by law.

Do you offer discounts for longer stays?

Yes! We offer a 5% discount for stays of 7 nights or more, and a 10% discount for long stays of 28 nights or more. Discounts are automatically applied when you book online.

Can I change my booking after confirmation?

Reservation changes are possible free of charge, subject to availability. Please contact us for any change requests.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event of cancellation by the customer up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the amount refunded will be calculated on the basis of the net amount received after deduction of the payment commission fee (currently 3%). No refund will be made if the cancellation is made less than 30 days before arrival.

What is the capacity of the cottage?

Our cottage can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 baby, with 2 bedrooms, including a 160 x 200 cm double bed, two 90 x 190 cm single beds and a 60 x 120 cm cot.

What equipment is available in the accommodation?

The cottage has a fitted kitchen, two shower rooms, two toilets, a lounge with connected TV and WIFI, and a garden with outdoor furniture.

What happens in the event of damage?

Please let us know as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the damage, compensation may be withheld from the deposit. Nothing dramatic: dialogue and good faith are always preferred.

For more significant damage, it is mandatory to have holiday liability insurance (often included in your home insurance) to cover any damage.

Is the cottage suitable for babies?

Yes, we provide a cot, mattress, draw sheet and fitted sheet, a high chair, a bath, a baby chair, a potty trainer, a toilet seat reducer and a changing mat at no extra cost.

Is the cottage accessible to people with reduced mobility?

No, unfortunately the cottage is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Is the hosting secure?

Yes, the cottage is equipped with smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher.

Are household linen provided?

Yes, linen is provided and beds are made on arrival.

Can I bring my pet?

No, pets are not allowed in the cottage.

Is smoking allowed in the cottage?

No, smoking is not permitted inside the lodging.

Are parties or events allowed in the house?

No, parties are not permitted in the cottage.

Are there any shops or restaurants around the holiday home?

Yes, you'll find shops and restaurants nearby, particularly in Quettehou, Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue and Barfleur.

What tourist sites are nearby?

You can visit Saint-Vaast-La-Hougue, Barfleur, Ile Tatihou and many other nearby tourist attractions.

What activities are available in the area?

You can enjoy hiking, cultural visits, fishing, horse-riding and water sports nearby.

Is the cottage close to the beach?

Yes, the cottage is close to the sea and beaches.

What time can we arrive and leave?

Arrival is possible from 4pm and departure before 11am.

Is it possible to arrive late?

Yes, late arrival is possible. A key box is available, and the code will be sent by e-mail or SMS.

Is there a car park available?

Yes, free parking is available on the private estate directly in front of the accommodation.

Do you offer additional services (cleaning, breakfast, etc.)?

No, we do not offer additional services.
